The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that though the Nepali liquor was allegedly recovered on 19.6.2016, however, merely on the basis of suspicion first information report was lodged against the petitioner on 26.6.2016. It is further contended that recovery is from the outside the village and not from the house or personal possession of the petitioner. It is claimed that the antecedents of the petitioner is clean.

Case No. 168 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahna at Dhaka, East Champaran subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
