2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. For a trivial dispute, this occurrence took place in which the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim who has sustained two injuries out of one is grievous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45688 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024.
