The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Darigaon P.S. Case no. 254 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. One country made rifle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and seized. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. He happens to be very poor tribal compounder.
