The petition has been filed for challenging the report made by the District Magistrate, Nalanda vide letter no.459 dated 15.03.2019 addressed to the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for removing the petitioner from the post of Mukhiya Gram Panchayat Raj, Chorsua, Block-Giriyak, District-Nalanda.
