The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1534 of 2020 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity and ill motive. Further he submits that in the instant case, complaint case is lodged after lapse of three months of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that not a single penny has been transferred in the account of this petitioner and his family.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Complaint case No. 1534 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
