Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341,323,504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the daughter of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2018. Matter was sent for conciliation before the Patna High Court Mediation Committee, however, the mediation has failed. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57118 of 2018(6) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bahera Police Station Case No.262 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
