JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-03-2015 Petitioner is under suspension since 11th of July, 2013. It is time that his status as a suspended employee should come to rest. In the counter affidavit, there is allegation of non- cooperation by the petitioner as the reason for non-completion for departmental enquiry. Let the petitioner assist in the departmental proceeding so that it can be concluded within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner fails to cooperate, an ex-parte order may be passed in this regard. The suspension will be dependent on the outcome of the departmental enquiry.
