The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act and 3/5 of Explosive Substance Act as well as 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country made pistol and one cartridge and some explosive substance is recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country made pistol alongwith one cartridge and some substance, which appears to be explosive substance are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 24 of 2002.
