2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No.51 of 2024 under Sections 303(2), 308(2), 61(2), 319(2), 318(4) of the BNS read with Sections 66 and 66D of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against unknown accused persons against whom there is allegation of fraud of Rs. 51 lac. The informant has provided different documents with the FIR, on the basis which the case has been lodged.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits

Neither trolling of any cyber account nor talk nor transactions of any money nor any ATM have been involved in the present case, which is associated with the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has been named in the FIR only by virtue of confessional statement of co-accused.

5. Learned Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the present FIR has been lodged before Cyber Police Station and the person with whom linkage of the crime has been found, disclosed the name of the petitioner. He further submits that in such a huge fraud, police has found the name of the petitioner in this case.

7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
