The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One motorcycle was recovered from the possession of co-accused Bishwajit Kumar. The informant-police suspected that the same was stolen property. Bishwajit Kumar confessed that the petitioner had supplied the same to him. Submission of the petitioner is that Bishwajit was accused in a murder case of one of the agnates of the petitioner and the petitioner was a witness in the case. Just to pressurize he falsely implicated the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri (Rohtas)/Successor Court in connection with Akorhigola Police Station Case No.93 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
