The petitioner in the present case is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the judgment and order dated 25.04.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria by which the petitioner is directed to pay maintenance amount of Rs.4,000/- per month to the O.P. No. 2.

Considering that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria has allowed a meagre amount of Rs.4,000/- per month only to the applicant-wife that too is not being paid by the petitioner for last more than 4 years after passing of the order, further that in the present days, even an unskilled labourer earns at least Rs. 400/- per day and that way award of Rs.4000/-

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1091 of 2018(6) dt.26-08-2022 2/2 per month cannot be said to be unreasonable, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment. This application stands dismissed.
