The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case, in short, is that the informant alongwithdrawn Rs.80,000/- from Punjab National Bank, Branch Atari for utilization of Seven Nischay Yojana and kept money in dickey of motorcycle. After some other works, he proceeded with motorcycle and thereafter came to know that dickey is open and money and document were stolen. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not

Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest his implication in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of five months in custody from 23.04.2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The stolen documents are said to have been recovered on confession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of five months in custody from 23.04.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
