The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No.297 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 324(4), 109, 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2024.

The petitioner and others are said to have injured the victim. He is in custody since 27.11.2024. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
