JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 registered under Section- 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, there is case and counter case between the parties but altogether four persons are said to have been assaulted by petitioners and others in the present case by means of deadly weapons and, therefore, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54662 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the competent court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
