The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020, dated 25.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Mukul Jee, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39258 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek bail. Permission is granted.

Should the petitioner surrender before the Court below and seek bail, the Court below shall consider the case on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application.
