The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 150/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is long delay in filing the F.I.R. and the petitioner and informant are co-villages.

In facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40365 of 2020(3) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 150/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is made clear that after getting the bail, the petitioner shall join the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer of the case and shall co-operate in the investigation.
