2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.486 of 2024, registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 63 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from a motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is the owner of the seized motorcycle but the same had been given to his brother-in-law, namely, Niraj Kumar, for purchasing house-

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.2, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.486 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
