2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56515 of 2022 to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reasons assigned in paragraph - 4 & 5 of the petition and on the request of learned senior counsel for the petitioner, further eight weeks time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56515 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only and this modification petition is allowed.
