BADAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2022 The only ground raised for grant of bail to the present applicant is to the effect that subsequently vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 55143 of 2021, coaccused Monu Kumar @ Manoj Kumar is directed to be released on bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. It is not pointed out to the Court that the order dated 01.12.2021 passed by this Court in the bail application of the present applicant was pointed out to the coordinate Bench of this Court while deciding the bail application of Monu Kumar @ Manoj Kumar. The bail application of the present applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2021 on merits of the case.

This Court cannot review its own order particularly when the earlier order was not shown to the coordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45405 of 2022(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/2 this Court while granting bail to some other accused persons. Hence this application stands rejected.
