The petitioner alleges wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.04.2013 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.22762 of 2012. By the said order, this Court had directed the Chief Engineer (North), Building Construction Department, Patna to consider and dispose of the claim of the petitioner within a period of two months and the admitted amount was also to be paid within a further period of two

Patna High Court MJC No.151 of 2015 dt.15-11-2016 2/2 months thereafter.

In the show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 6, it is stated that as a matter of fact the claim of the petitioner has already been considered and disposed of by the Liability Committee of the Department, but in view of the orders of this Court a speaking order was passed on 25.03.2015 by the Chief Engineer (North), Building Construction Department, Patna, by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. In the aforesaid circumstances, no case for proceeding under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The contempt application is accordingly dismissed.
