JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 396/13 registered under Sections 376, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the fact that there is inordinate delay in institution of the FIR as for an occurrence which took place on 10.06.2012 and 13.02.2013, a complaint was filed on 03.05.2013 which was referred to the police for investigation pursuant to which the FIR was registered, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54038 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2 / 2 or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 396/13 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
