JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-01-2017 In the present writ petition the petitioner has assailed the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. However, since Bihar State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal has already started functioning , there is no reason to keep the matter pending. The present writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.370 of 2015 (4) dt.20-01-2017 2/2 It is clarified that the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 7.1.2015 shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter. This order was passed after hearing Sri Brij Bihari Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC No. 3.
