The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.107 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not directly related to the family of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against them, this application for

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.107 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
