Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.63 of 2023 dated 02.04.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 153(A), 353, 504, 506 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43121 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
