The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Co-accused Deepak Kumar and another were arrested in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.18 of 2017. In that case they made confessional statement before police disclosing name of the petitioner as criminal associate. Submission is that thereafter petitioner has been ropped in the present case, which is registered against unknown. Nothing have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is ready to fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case.

No.57285 of 2018(3) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No.15 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall immediately supply his conduct to the Investigating Officer of the case and shall make himself available as and when required by the police without fail.
