2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Town Sahayak P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Examination Act.

3. As per allegation, on 08.02.2024 in course of thumb impression verification in connection with BPSC TRE-2 Examination, the impression of this petitioner failed, which shows that another person had appeared in that examination in place of this petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49050 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 this case. She has further submitted that bio-metric data of the petitioner was not tallied due to some technical error. She has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 09.02.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Session Judge, Katihar in connection with Town Sahayak P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
