In the matter of granting regularization to the appellant now in view of the law laid down by a Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka Vs.

Patna High Court LPA No.1462 of 2015 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 Umadevi (3)- (2006) 4 SCC 1 and the fact that appellant did not apply for appointment in question to an advertisement issued by the Bihar Agricultural University, no indulgence can be made into the matter as the appellant has not demonstrated before this Court that the appellant is entitled to regularization in accordance to the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Umadevi (supra).
