The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a)/32(ii)/38(ii)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Kumar, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
