The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 2780 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of driver, petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle.
