2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 7.4 litres country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of which this petitioner is a registered owner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the relevant time motorcycle of the petitioner was being used by husband of the petitioner without her knowledge and consent and he has already been arrested. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the quantity and the fact that petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is

No.45113 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise-II, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad P. S. Case No. 189 of 2024, G.R. No. 809 of 2024 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
