The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the IPC and 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The case of the prosecution is that police received secret information that in the house of Chhotu Kumar some miscreants have apprehended and planning to commit crime. Thereafter, police reached at the said house and the petitioner along with other accused persons was apprehended. However, from the possession of the petitioner two mobile phones were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, there is no recovery of any

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that this is fit case in which the petitioner should be released on bail.

Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Munger in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017.
