This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Darpa P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3, above named.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2445 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner nos. 1 and 3, above named. Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner nos. 2 and 4, their bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner nos. 2 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxual at Motihari, in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
