JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 6/ 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State as well as counsel for the Informant. Petitioner seeks bail in Chakai P.S. Case No.17 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 341 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of the Sub Judge-I, Jamui.
In the written report, there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired twice on Abhimanyu Pandey on account of which he fell down and died subsequently. Counsel for the Informant and the APP have submitted that Doctor has found two wound of entry and two wound of exit caused by firearm. Death has been caused due to firearm injury.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
