2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 20(b)(ii)(c), 23(c) & 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, on secret information pertaining to planning of crime by some miscreants, police party reached the place of occurrence. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has further submitted that co-accused Ramesh Sahani has been

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
