2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of a complaint before the Executive Engineer i.e. the Respondent No. 6 herein. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 6 to consider the said representation dated 12.05.2026

Patna High Court CWJC No.9472 of 2026(2) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 (Annexure- P/2) and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
