ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No.

of registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegations against the petitioners are based on suspicion and the name of these petitioners have surfaced by the wife of the nephew of the deceased lady.

Learned counsel for the State, after perusal of the case diary, submits that in the post mortem report several injuries have been found on the person of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22422 of 2015 (3) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that there were several injuries on the person of the deceased, which are serious in nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
