The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 11.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15118 of 2021 wherein the name of the Police Station is mentioned as 'Samastipur Police Station Case No. 257/2020' whereas it ought to have been mentioned as 'Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 257/2020' and satisfaction of the learned court below ought to have been mentioned as 'the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Sitamarhi' in place of 'the learned Session Judge IV Samastipur'.

At the very outset, in the cause title portion of the order dated 11.08.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 15118 of 2021, in place of Thana- SUPPI has been wrongly

Office is directed to correct the said error in the database.

The above two modifications shall be considered after correction in the cause title portion. Put up this case on 15.09.2021."

From office note dated 08.09.2021, it is submitted that necessary correction has been made in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No.15118 of 2021.

Accordingly, the order dated 11.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15118 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in para-3 of page no.-2, the P.S. Case No. be read as Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.257/2020 in place of Samastipur Police Station Case No.257/2020 and also the bail bonds to be furnished to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-IV, Samastipur be read as to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
