From the material available on record, it appears that the petitioner has been paid certain amount as salary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to payment of arrears since 2014. Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has claimed payment of salary as Trained Teacher whereas the order of the State Appellate Authority is otherwise.
