JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this writ application, the same is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas(respondent no. 2) to take a final decision on the petition filed by the petitioner before him on 13.03.2012 in Confiscation Case No. 06/2008 for the release of the sale proceeds on its own merit and in accordance with law if no decision has been taken on that petition as yet.

The petitioner has also submitted that final form has been submitted in the police case and that has been accepted by the competent court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16784 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2016 In such a situation, the petitioner would be required to produce the copy of the final form along with the final order accepting the same.
