JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-08-2022 By the impugned order, the learned court below has directed the petitioner to pay 40% of his salary after necessary deductions (this will not include the loan amount) to his applicant-wife and minor son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact on many occasions the parties entered into some settlement and they were living together but then ultimately the compromise has failed. The petitioner is still ready to enter into a settlement through mediation.

Having regard to the kind of submissions made before this Court, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The main emphasis of learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1096 of 2018(4) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 petitioner is to direct the learned court below to hold a mediation to take efforts for amicable settlement between the parties.

This revision application is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara to initiate a mediation process in this matter either himself or through the Mediation Centre attached to the court below wherein steps be taken to resolve matrimonial dispute between the parties amicably.

The revision application stands disposed of accordingly.
