JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 5.8.2021, passed in Cr.Misc.No.6547 of 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertence, in the aforesaid order it is mentioned that "as per injury report one lacerated wound of 2 CM x 1 CM has been found on the right side of chest of the informant", though as per the injury report dated 9.2.2018 the doctor has observed the injury as "Penetrating injury back of RT shoulder 1⁄2 cm x 1⁄2 cm x deep".

In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed.

Order dated 5.8.2021 is accordingly corrected to this extent.
