The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 09.09.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.14489 of 2011, whereby the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the authority concerned and the Respondents were directed to take appropriate steps for redressal of her

Patna High Court MJC No.1240 of 2014 (4) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 grievances.

In this case, a show cause has been filed on behalf of Opp.Party no.2. Details of payment have been made in paragraph4 of the counter affidavit and in paragraph-6, it is also been indicated that arrears of 6th Pay Revision benefits and others have also been paid.

In view of the facts disclosed in the show cause, the petition stands disposed of.
