Patna High Court MJC No.4681 of 2014 (3) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 15-04-2015 Heard the parties.
With the issuance of letter dated 30.03.2015 by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-C to the show cause reply filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3, I am of the view that the order of this Court dated 27.06.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22091 of 2011 stands complied with. The said letter has apparently been issued to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali in the light of the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Vaishali, dated 29.06.2011.
I do not find any reason to proceed any further in the present contempt application.
This contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. The dismissal of the present contempt application will not come in the way of the petitioner challenging the decision of the State Government dated 30.03.2015, as contained in the show cause reply filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, before the appropriate forum.
