Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of the order dated 28.09.2018 the name of father of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as "Late Tanti" in place of "Lale Tanti".

In view of the above, let the name of the father of the petitioner mentioned in the cause title of the order be read as "Lale Tanti" instead of "Late Tanti".

The order dated 28.09.2018 stands modified to the above extent.
