After having heard counsel for the appellants and perused the order of the learned single Judge as well as the so-called stand taken in paragraph 14 of the appeal, the Court comes to a considered opinion that the appeal has been filed only to satisfy the vanity of the one individual, who happened to be the Chairman of the
Patna High Court LPA No.2252 of 2015 dt.04-02-2017 2/2 Board at one point of time. The judicial time is not required to be wasted on such triviality of the ego of individuals. Appeal is dismissed.
