====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 Heard Mr. Anil Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Dr. Kumar Uday Pratap, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 22.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 73881 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail, but he could not furnish the bail bond due to lack of information. The petitioner was implicated in the case because of strained matrimonial relationship. A mediation was held and both the petitioner and his wife (O.P. No.2) decided to lead their conjugal life.

Considering the nature of the case as well as specific

No.43759 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 statement made on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was not aware of the terms and conditions of the order dated 22.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 73881 of 2019 he could not surrender within time granted by this Court. The submission is accepted for extension of time. The order dated 22.10.2021 is modified to granting further 15 days time to surrender before the court below and furnish bail bonds in terms of the order dated 22.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 73881 of 2019. The other part of the order shall remain intact.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
