2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Eleven year old victim was kidnapped by the petitioner from the Auto. In her deposition, the victim has said that the petitioner had committed rape with her.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2024.

5. In the trial six witnesses have already been examined.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact
