Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of a representation dated 05.05.2026 (Anneaxure P-6) before the Respondent No. 3, i.e,, the Branch Manager, State Bank of India. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible

Patna High Court CWJC No.9254 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
