2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 24.08.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with S.T. No. 174 of 2017, arising out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 22.09.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36856 of 2017.

3. At the very outset learned APP points out from para 45 of the case diary that the petitioner is said to have three criminal antecedents namely, Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 9 of 2012, Balua Bazar (Supaul) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012 and Narpatganj P.S. Case No.84 of 2010.

4. In para 3 of the bail petition the petitioner has claimed fair antecedents contrary to the statement in para 45 of the case diary. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not offered any submission in this behalf.

5. In the above view of the matter, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
