JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2017 It is stated by Mr. Sharda Nand Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order dated 30.10.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in Mahila (Saharsa) P.S. Case No.10 of 2014 by which the learned Magistrate summoned the petitioners after taking cognizance under Section 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43281 of 2016 (2) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 Prohibition Act, the petitioners have been acquitted by the trial court.
